Our Story

Buena Vista is a family-run property management company built on creativity, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Since signing our first client in 2008, we have grown to manage over 300 properties and are recognised as one of Malta’s leading property management companies.

We are Paula and Aaron Xuereb, founders and managing directors of Buena Vista. With over 16 years of experience in the service industry, we lead a team of dedicated full-time professionals covering reservations, operations, housekeeping, and maintenance. Every member of our team is employed directly by us, ensuring consistent quality and accountability across all services.

Our proven track record reflects our hands-on, in-house approach to property management. Unlike other agencies, we do not subcontract any of our work, allowing us to maintain the highest standards across every aspect of property care.
