OUR STORY
Buena Vista is a family-run property management business built on creativity, hard work, and integrity. Our first client signed up in 2008, and today, we manage over 100 properties and are rated as one of the top property management companies in Malta.
This is us, Paula and Aaron Xuereb, founders and managing directors of Buena Vista. Two hard-working professionals with over 10 years of experience in the service industry. Together, we lead a team of dedicated full- time professionals who occupy various roles across the company, including reservations, operations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
With a proven track record, we are pleased to be able to provide a management service we believe is second to none. Unlike other agencies, every aspect of property management is handled in-house and we don’t sub-contract any of the work we do.
Buena Vista are 100% dedicated to property management. It’s not a business division, it’s our core business, it’s our passion and as such we only deliver the highest standards, 24 hours a day.
